Resident Portal Is Down
Dear Residents and Guarantors,
The resident portal will be down for maintenance beginning at 5pm eastern on December 25th  through January 11th.

Your current or renewal lease will transfer over to the new system. Nothing will change with your agreement and concessions signed and executed before the system update. 

However, this update will have the following impact:
  • Rent Payment: The resident portal will be down for online payments. This includes any scheduled recurring payments. Rental payments will need to be made via check or money order to the leasing office made payable to The Lodge of Athens.
  • Service Requests: Contact the Leasing Office at (706) 549-1700 or send an e-mail to [email protected] to place a service request for any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
  • Packages: We will not be able to log packages and send email notifications. Please make sure to pick up packages at your earliest convenience.
